APN Inflammation Support 100g

Inflammation Support is blended to combat inflammation associated with joint pain and mobility issues. It will also help relieve inflammation post surgery or during recovery from injury, infection, arthritis or soft tissue wounds.  The formulation contains inflammation relieving herbs including Boswellia serrata, ginger, celery seed and curcumin (turmeric). Each dose gives a powerful hit of anti-inflammatory relief, making it ideal for pets of all ages. 

✔Curcumin is a potent inhibitor of nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB), a key regulator of inflammation. It also reduces cytokines and prostaglandins that contribute to inflammation. Boswellia contains boswellic acids, which inhibit enzymes like 5-lipoxygenase (5-LOX) that produce inflammatory leukotrienes. These help to reduce joint pain and swelling, especially in conditions like osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.

✔Boswellia can also support cartilage protection by reducing matrix-degrading enzymes.

✔Celery seeds contain compounds like phthalides and flavonoids, which act as antioxidants and reduce inflammation. It can help to promote healthy blood flow and reduces uric acid levels, making it beneficial for gout and arthritis. Celery seed is also known to act as a natural diuretic, which can reduce swelling linked to inflammation.
